Landscape Design

Our Approach to Designing Your Dream Landscape Starts with You

We take the time to understand how you want to feel  in your outdoor space as much as how you want to use it.
We want you to enjoy the process as much as we do so we make it fun, easy, and stress-free.

STEP 1

Consultation

We’ll spend an hour meeting with you at your home learning about you, your home, and your landscape. The time we spend together allows us to get to know each other and provides us with your personalized landscape design program.

STEP 2

Proposal

After our consultation, we’ll develop a detailed proposal for designing your landscape. The proposal includes the elements we’ve agreed to incorporate into the design and your investment.

STEP 3

Design

We begin the creative process that will result in your new outdoor space. The design will be an easy to read 2D CAD drawn plan that will include all of the elements going into your landscape.

Contractor Referral

We’ve cultivated deep and trusting relationships with a select few of the best landscape contractors in Portland to provide a seamless and stress free design/build experience. A personal introduction  makes it easy for you to connect.

Installation Check-Ins

It’s essential for the designer to check in at significant stages of the installation process to ensure that the design is being followed and that any changes made during installation comply with the integrity of the design.

Plant Placement

Plant placement is one of the most critical elements of getting the look and feel just right. Plans are always conceptual and often plants need to be arranged a bit differently in real life to get the perfect look and feel. This is where the designer’s eye is really important!
