Contractor Coordination

We have built relationships with some of the best landscape contractors in Portland in order to recommend the right contractors for your landscape and your budget. Whether you already have a landscape plan or we are designing for  you, we offer:

Contractor Selection: 

• Referrals to the right landscape contractor(s) for your project
• Scheduling contractor visits to meet with you, review the plans, provide construction expertise, and answer your questions
•  Reviewing estimates and scheduling contractor presentations at your home
• Assisting with the contractor selection

Installation Oversight: 

• Oversight during the landscape installation to ensure that the project is on schedule and on budget.
• Communicating with contractor(s) as needed to answer design questions.
• Making field adjustments to retain the integrity of the design while allowing for changes as needed.
• Plant placement.
• Final walk through with you and the contractor(s).

Your investment:

Contractor Selection:  $100 per hour, billed in 1/4 hour increments.

Installation Oversight:  $100 per hour, billed in 1/4 hour increments.
